Process and Costs

Scanning Preparation Process.
The process entails:

1.       Obtaining the documents, 
2.       removing documents from files and other type storage units
3.       Preparing the documents i.e removing staples and paperclips, 
repairing damaged documents.
4.       Scanning the documents. 
5.       Indexing and processing the images i.e file names and numbers
and indexing. 
6.       Saving to DVD,CD, Hard Drive or Uploading the documents to a website.
7.       Deliver original documents and electronic data to the client.

Pricing Structure:

Pricing is based on daily scanning “ONLY” of the same type of document excluding excl VAT & preparation (removal of staples; repair torn pages) and reworking.

Back-up and Secure offsite Storage:
To provide your organisation with a 500 Giga Byte (+/-250'000 pages) internet document repository website; a secure Login, and a Username and Password. R1500 per month.

Document Collection:
Should the organisation not have the ability to deliver documents to the scanning facility, it can be collected once a week. Collection is charged by distance at normal AA kilometre rates 

Preparation:
Should the organisation not have the manpower available to prepare the documentation Filescan staff will prepare the documents at R125 per hour.
